At the trade fair, we will be showcasing an automated supply chain for the production of individual insoles using 3D printing. Individual insoles can be created automatically from the analysis of feet using various technologies such as 3D scanning, mobile measurement or pressure distribution and produced directly using the 3D printing process. The insoles can be produced centrally or directly in the store using individual systems. We offer a print-on-demand service including hardware, material and software for a simple supply chain without the need for experts to monitor the process.3D Foot Scanner
OneFID offers a range of 3D foot scanners with high accuracy including plantar side scans, intuitive user interface and high scanning speed. The scanners can be fully customized to meet the CI requirements of our partners. The open OneFID system allows partners to use the OneFID product recommendation while working with different (existing) scanning solutions on the market.
Insole supply Chain
The automated supply chain for individual insoles generates customized comfort insoles adapted to the customer's feet and complaints from various analysis options. With a database of millions of shoes, the insoles can be fitted directly into the shoe. The automatically generated insoles can be printed directly on a 3D printer.
Size Recommendation Plugin
Various consulting options are available in the OneFID plugin. Consumers can use the photo measurement in the browser or specify their favorite shoe for product consultation.
The plugin offers retailers and end customers a reliable and trustworthy tool to determine suitable products and reduce returns. The integration of the plugin into webshops or into an order management system is done without much effort.
